TIMING: The Incentive begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on February 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2026 (the “Incentive Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Incentive is only open to individuals who meet all the following criteria at the time of participation:

• Are currently employed as a Breeze Airways Flight Attendants at time of entry and award,
• Are eighteen (18) years of age or older,
• Are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia,
• Have been trained and qualified in the KindCash Program, and
• Have downloaded the KindCash mobile app (“the App”).

Eligible individuals meeting these criteria are referred to as “Participant(s)”. All other employees of Breeze Airways, Barclays Bank Delaware (the “Sponsor” or “Barclays”), their subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, and employees involved with the management of the Incentive, Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”) (collectively “Releasees”). Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. The Incentive is subject to all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. By participating in the Incentive, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decision of the Sponsor or Breeze Airways which shall be final. Anyone determined to be acting in a manner not conforming to these Terms and Conditions or the terms and conditions of the KindCash Program, as determined by the Sponsor or Breeze Airways, each their discretion, will not be eligible.

HOW TO EARN BONUS INCENTIVE:

Participants first must opt-in on Achieve screen in the KindCash mobile App to participate. Participant will be compensated a $100 (a “Bonus”) when at least two (2) applications with the Participant’s employee number included have been received and approved (the "Goal") by Barclays in each month during the Incentive Period. The maximum payout is $300 for the entire Incentive Period. Flight Attendants can opt-in at any time during the Incentive Period and approved application count will be retroactive.

There is no charge to download the App. Usage of the App will require a mobile device and therefore you may be charged for standard data rates according to the terms and conditions in your agreement with your wireless carrier. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. You should also check your device’s features for capabilities and check the device manual for specific use instructions.

A Flight Attendant will not qualify and earn the Bonus if the application [1] does not include the Flight Attendant’s employee number, [2] contains fraudulent, incomplete or any other non-verifiable information, [3] is not approved by Barclays, [4] is received and approved by Barclays prior to February 1, 2026 or after April 30, 2026, or [5] Barclays does not receive and approve a minimum of two (2) applications within an Incentive Monthly Period.

INCENTIVE CONDITIONS: Bonus Incentive value $100. The Bonus will be awarded to each qualifying Participant via their payroll check no later than their second Breeze Airways paycheck in the month following when the Bonus was earned. Participants are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded. No substitution or transfer is permitted. If a Participant is ineligible; or otherwise fails to fully comply with these Terms and Conditions, they will forfeit that Incentive. Participants must be employed and in good standing with Breeze Airways at time of award.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating, Participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions including all eligibility requirements. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Participants who violate these Terms and Conditions or interfere with the Incentive in any manner. Releasees are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Incentive, or for late, lost, stolen, illegible or misdirected inaccurate, illegible entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion for any reason, the Incentive is not able to run through completion for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, including soliciting of applications in a manner inconsistent with Breeze Airways policies or procedures or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Incentive, including any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control such as a Force Majeure (e.g., war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, blackouts, supply shortages, order of governmental authority,) an “act of God” (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc.) or a health event (e.g. pandemic or epidemic), then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Incentive in whole or in part, without further liability to the Participants or third parties. In the event the Incentive is cancelled prior to the stated end date, a notice will be sent via email. Caution: Any attempt by a Participant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Incentive may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering the Incentive, Flight Attendants agree to the use by Sponsor, Breeze Airways and their respective designees of Flight Attendants name, city and state of residence and photograph/likeness, including but not limited to the posting of Recipients’ names on the Sponsor or Breeze Airways website(s) or other online announcements for advertising and Incentive purposes for this and similar Incentives, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law. Flight Attendants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies; Administrator; Breeze Airways; and their respective employees, officers, directors and shareholders from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Incentive or from the acceptance or use of any Incentive Bonus awarded.

PRIVACY: Information collected from Participants is used only for the purpose of the Incentive, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Sponsor or any third parties unless Participant has opted in to receive additional information and promotional material from Sponsor or a third party.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Incentive, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Delaware, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware. In addition, any dispute relating to the Incentive (including these Terms and Conditions) shall be brought to the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in the City of Wilmington and County of New Castle. Participants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.
